Our Purpose
At the Morgan County IOG we promote a collaborative system of local-level interagency oversight groups and individualized service and support teams to coordinate and manage the provision of services to children and families who would benefit from integrated multi-agency services.
Working with CMP
In recognition of the goals of the Collaborative Management Program (CMP), children, youth, and families across systems are identified and served according to their contact with collaborative programs. The CMP target population consists of at-risk children and youth ages birth through twenty-one (21) years of age and their families who would benefit from a multi-system integrated service plan or multisystem approach.
Morgan County Interagency Oversight Group may also serve children, youth, and families within their communities through the Collaborative Management Program by providing a multi-system prevention program.
